Poor workmanship caused a wheel to come off my vehicle at speed causing damage to wheel and vehicle itself. When notified they accepted blame and promised to repair. When provided with proof and a parts list i was ignored for months with promises something was happening. Have had to repair and replace parts at my own cost with no resolution from OTR Kal or Perth office.
I celled ahead to see if I could get a spare rim for a wheel I had damaged. Kudos to the team in taking time to inspect my car, see what they had available and rather than providing me with something that would probably be ok, put me onto Stacy at Bridgestone down the road to get something that would be 100% got. Thank you so much for your professionalism.
