I drove to OTR at the KIA on the chance someone was there today December 30. I was greeted by the Manager who although stated they were closed just so happened to have a tyre technician on site and he would fix my tyre. 30 minutes later all fixed and a very reasonable price. Thank you very much and blessings on you all and your families for your kindness.

Terrible Service — Avoid This Place Don’t go to this place — they’re absolutely unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a wheel alignment and wheel balancing, and when I picked up my car, everything was wrong. They used clip weights on the outside of my aluminium rims, which every first-year mechanic should know never to do. Clip weights on aluminium cause corrosion and look awful. A big shout-out to the Karratha team at OTR! Not once, but three times they’ve helped me and my little family out in some pretty sticky situations. From our Nissan Patrol to the Hilux and even our caravan tyres — they’ve always gone above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly and safely. Super friendly, reliable, and professional every single time. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Considering I live 5 hours away, their service and honesty is worth every kilometre. Thanks Guys ☺️
