These guys are so used to charging mining companies the earth, they saw no reason not to do it to a traveller. 2 x tyres and 4 steel rims with an alignment some how cost over $2k. Tyres weren't the ones they quoted, rims weren't the ones I asked for but the alignment was spot on perfect. Asked to get the rims swapped and after the 3rd ignored follow up, I gave up and had to move on to my next job. As a long time OTR tyres customer, this was really average behaviour from a brand I trusted.
Bruce went above and beyond to get me out of trouble with odd size tyer. Professional ,prompt and friendly thank again. Nick
2 yrs ago,I was passing through port Hedland in my 2012 dodge journey and needed a quote,for two front tyres.. Out of all the tyre service centres in Hedland, theirs was the "fairest". So this time through..I knew who to Trust. Especially as ..recently purchased vehicle. Is one of a kind..ie,they don't make em like that anymore...19.5s Highly recommended 👌 and much appreciated not to mention fast n efficient tyre fitters.. Thank you all at OTR. The tyres were balled as f##k..but surprisingly made it to perth. #2022
