These guys were amazing - experienced a puncture between Karratha and Port Headland on an Isuzu 155 touring vehicle - very surprisingly they had the Brand and size to fit. Not only did they fit and balance the new tyre but they rearranged all five tyres to ensure we had the best combination on the axles before we carried on with our travels - thank you so much Bruce and team
We call 40km out of Port Hedland. They said no problem. Come straight in. We did Andrew assist us straight away. It was clear Andrew and all staff, were incredibly busy, Andrew couldn't of been more helpful. He was incredible, and extremely knowledgeable about mechanical, and tyre problems. Glad we called. Quick, friendly service They had me back on the road with an hour of enquiring about new tyres.
Well, stranded in town with a failing trye you do the ring around. One dealer did not sell the brand, another that is a seller of the brand had none, order out of perth so another week or so. Called OTR ,yes about 10 in stock of the brand and size. Thank you very much.. Back on the road again. Thanks guys and gal's.
