This is a really good tool to have as an owner operator. The price is well worth it with the added piece of mind that you have assistance at the other end not only does this device do DPF issues. If you’re an owner operator and don’t have OTR you need to get it asap! Being able to see and clear fault codes and do forced regens is a huge money saver! Just being able to see live data is a big help in knowing what your truck is doing. The new AI feature is nice too cause it breaks down what the code means and possible solutions in normal terms that anyone can understand.
I can not say enough POSITIVE things about OTR. I would give 10 stars if I could. Companies who lose sight of customers are typical. OTR and Danny helped me with everything. The scan tool has AI and does way more then you would imagine for the money. Family owned in the USA and totally customer focused. AWESOME and Thank YOU!
