Hi! My mom Shawn wanted to leave a review as she was very thrilled with her service, and asked me to post this on her behalf. OTR has saved me a lot of time and money. When I would 1st start my trk in the morning it would run very ruff for at least an hr. OTR diagnostics suggested I look at the coolant heat sensor. It was an easy fix and now it starts much smoother. Also the forced regen is a life saver. It let me get to a shop instead of paying 1000 to be towed. So yea get you one you will be one happy trucker.
I've been with OTR for years (single truck) I can't tell you how much money I've saved due to using the reset tool. I can read codes, do regens if necesssry and get down the road. Get to a shop of my choosing instead of where im towed to. Big $$ saver in the long run. They also have the best technical and general customer service around. Very easy to deal with. Highly reccommend them.
This is one of the smarter purchases I have made for my truck. I have a KW with a Paccar MX13. When I reviewed my expenses, I noticed I averaged about $700 per month this past summer in repairs; all related to the after treatment system. Generally, the truck would present a fault code and my subscription to Paccar Solutions would tell me the exact problem. Okay guys, this is the one. The Neo of the Matrix. Stop searching around and thinking the cheaper or more expensive Topdon or Ancel ones will do it. They won't and you're still going to be stuck confused and frustrated with any other brand. OTR is the GOAT. The day I received it I plugged in and IMMEDIATELY regenned my 2018 freightliner m2 cummins from 27% soot to 0 in about 35 mins.
