I called Dan at 11:30 pm and he answered the phone. I had called 4 other Roadside repair shops and got voice mail. He came to my location within 30 minutes. I thought a hose had broken but my waterpump was bad. I got the waterpump at 7am and Dan was working on my truck by 7:30. The job was completed in about 2 hrs or so. The mechanic was very polite, professional, and clearly knows his job well. He replaced the part fast and the price was fair and not expensive.
