RecommendedAnother stellar experience with OTP Automotive. I just purchased a car from Carvana and it clearly had some issues. I really like the car so I didn’t want to return it. I messaged OTP and dropped off my car. They found and repaired the issues and it was totally covered under Carvana’s 100 day plan because OTP is a preferred repair facility. OTP has always been courteous, professional, and quick with their diagnosis, repair, and prices. Thank you very much!
Ordered a rare NLA part from the guys a while back... USPS said they never recieved the package and it was definitely sent out. The owner spent a lot of time trying to get it straightened out with USPS after I got told "theres nothing we can do" by USPS. After a few weeks the package showed up on my door step. They are very professional and explain in detail the issues that your car is having. They take pictures and email them to you for a better understanding. Prices are extremely fair and the work that is done is top notch.

Ken is always honest and very fair! He has fixed plenty of my friends’ cars and has cleaned up where other shops have dropped the ball. That’s how I heard of him and he’s always been nice and very responsive. Definitely worth the trip for any work whether you have a daily driver or track car 👍
HONESTY, Great customer service, and Best price I was able to find from Lawrenceville to Winder. A/C was totally out gave me a quote and when I went to pick up I had super great news. He did not have to change a particular part and well that gave me a savings of almost $200.00 I highly recommend OPT Automotive in every way possible.
The guys at OTP did a stellar job on our BMW race car that blew up at Road Atlanta... Ken delivered on his commitment to getting our car repaired. He is very knowledgeable on BMW... reasonable and honest. Traits that are hard to find these days...
Highly recommended shop and well respected in the Atlanta area. OTP is a 70 mile drive for me but it is well worth the trip for the honestly, fair prices, and service that is offered there. Ken, the owner, is always willing to help even if it means he doesn't make money by giving you the knowledge to do repairs yourself.
