RecommendedAnother stellar experience with OTP Automotive. I just purchased a car from Carvana and it clearly had some issues. I really like the car so I didn’t want to return it. I messaged OTP and dropped off my car. They found and repaired the issues and it was totally covered under Carvana’s 100 day plan because OTP is a preferred repair facility. OTP has always been courteous, professional, and quick with their diagnosis, repair, and prices. Thank you very much!
RecommendedOrdered a rare NLA part from the guys a while back... USPS said they never recieved the package and it was definitely sent out. The owner spent a lot of time trying to get it straightened out with USPS after I got told "theres nothing we can do" by USPS. After a few weeks the package showed up on my door step. RecommendedThey are very professional and explain in detail the issues that your car is having. They take pictures and email them to you for a better understanding. Prices are extremely fair and the work that is done is top notch.

Highly recommended shop and well respected in the Atlanta area. OTP is a 70 mile drive for me but it is well worth the trip for the honestly, fair prices, and service that is offered there. Ken, the owner, is always willing to help even if it means he doesn't make money by giving you the knowledge to do repairs yourself.
