The original installation company for our solar system went out of business. We found this out when our inverter broke down. We were given the name of a company by the system's manufacturer, but after two weeks we had no response from them. We found Otovo on a list of other providers the manufacturer sent us. We purchased a house with a solar system that was defunct. I contacted Otovo, who responded quickly. At the service call, the tech reviewed our system, and discovered a dead inverter. From there, Otovo handled everything. They ordered the part, and then installed it. Painless! Easy! Professional! And then they set up an app where I can monitor system output. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Service providers were efficient and pleasant. Good working with them.
