We have been eating at Ototo for many years - and it is one of our favorite restaurants in Denver. Last Saturday, our server was great but the food was very slow to come out - we learned because there was only one staff person on the grill. Hopefully that situation will get corrected as it’s the only thing that’s ever been negative for us at Ototo.
Hard boiled egg only in a very peppery broth. Not my favorite for ramen
