I ordered balloons over the phone because I couldn’t be in town for a special day. Whoever answered the phone was exceptionally rude and acted as if the whole task of placing an order over the phone was annoying for her. The balloons were delivered same day and within a couple of hours were barely floating and by the next morning flat on the ground. I will not ever be supporting O’Tor du Flowers again.
