rob My buddies and i were a O'tooles on sat jan. 15, 2011 and everyone from owners to parts to service and sales were great. The owners took time out of their busy day to give us a tour of the facilities and explain the great changes that are being worked on including the service dept. express service( oil changes and parts installed while you wait).They were so good my buddy bought a 2010 fatboy Lo and they got it ready to take home by lunch time.
