My last visit I waited an hour and a half after my appointment to be seen. It was after 5 o’clock, when he gave me a 5 minute conversation that was completely contradicting from our last visit. I asked him for a referral for a new ENT because they’ve both put me in the middle to explain everything to one another and its caused confusion. He seemingly felt uncomfortable doing that
Dr. Wood and his assistant have been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Wood is a truly caring doctor who is knowledgeable and at the top of his field in every way. He did surgery on our 8 year old and has been there for every need and question. Highly recommend him!

I had 2 ear surgeries and never got better hearing. My first 2 hearing test the put the piece in my ear. The last text they used a piece around my ear and the professional said my hearing got better. Yet he already told me i hear from the outside of my ear better and not through the actual ear so that test would be faulty. I paid and my insurance paid this organization 1000s of dollars. I've been in extremely bad pain on the side of my face. On the left side of my face from ear to jaw. My primary care doctor referred me to a ENT specialist. Which was booked out till May. So I started looking for other ENT myself. Hoping to find one that could see me sooner. This is when I called Dr. Woods office and was told that he could see me the next week.
