Review is strictly for the terrible, antiquated, unhelpful scheduling process. The doctors themselves are probably fine. The customer service agents themselves are okay too- it's just the whole actual process which is the problem. First- they have no online scheduling tool (it's 2025- really??) Second- you sit on hold to try and schedule via phone for about 20-45 minutes each time. So far I have been to the sleep clinic and the Otorhinolaryngology for tubes in my ears. And yes just like anywhere that you are dealing with specialists sometimes you can't get an appointment right away, but when I have NEEDED one they have been more than accommodating.

Dr. Boon listens intently, asks a number of questions to make sure he's captured as much information as he can and brings that information to bear on how my treatment should proceed. I never leave here worried or insecure and if I have questions, he and his staff are always available to answer them by phone. He is just superb.
