its been virtually impossible to schedule appointments here. been calling for over a week with no luck. voicemails don’t get followed up. the clinicians here are fantastic, but the scheduling has been atrocious
Disclaimer, this is NOT about the performing voice clinic. They are amazing. The front desk and scheduling people at this clinic are laughably unprofessional. It is impossible to get in touch with them, you request a call back and don’t get it, it’s just a nightmare. Not only that but front desk has screwed me over multiple times with appointments. An absolutely horribly run operation.
Very unprofessional people working there, starting from front desk to schedulers. I called them multiple times to schedule an appointment with the referral which was sent to them more than 2 months ago!!! Very hard to reach them out and when you do, they will feed you with something like “o let me know the scheduler that you wanted to schedule an appt” girl what do you mean, the official resources says that it can take up to 10 business days to schedule, not 60…… the surgery is very important for me and they put 0 effort int... read more
