Very unprofessional people working there, starting from front desk to schedulers. I called them multiple times to schedule an appointment with the referral which was sent to them more than 2 months ago!!! Very hard to reach them out and when you do, they will feed you with something like “o let me know the scheduler that you wanted to schedule an appt” girl what do you mean, the official resources says that it can take up to 10 business days to schedule, not 60…… the surgery is very important for me and they put 0 effort int... read more
If you enjoy an hour-long wait to talk to a scheduler, several weeks of waiting for your referral to be reviewed, or never getting a call back despite their auto-prompt to leave a message for a callback - yeah, then this is the medical center for you. I have experienced all hospitals in Seattle due to my elderly mom's chronic illnesses - Swedish, Fred Hutch, Overlake, Virginia Mason, Providence, Harbor View - but never ever have I experienced this level of administrative nightmare.
They hardly answer phone calls and waiting time is 3+ months even after passing the scheduling barrier. MyChart message is ignored. Calling before noon is the most likely to get answered but this is the most difficult place to get an appointment in Seattle.
Extremely difficult to get an appointment - especially in an urgent situation. However, the quality of the care, the talent of the people, and the overall professionalism and warmth you are welcomed with is unmatched. I was seen by 3 other ENT’s who all referred me here. Right Vocal cord paralysis, along with Epiglottis dysfunction & other throat issues caused by Cervical spine surgery. My issues were clearly well in their “sweet spot” and they have helped me immensely.
I've never had to wait so long to make an appointment. They don't answer the phone. I'm going to seek care elsewhere because I could not get in touch with anyone.
