I've never had to wait so long to make an appointment. They don't answer the phone. I'm going to seek care elsewhere because I could not get in touch with anyone.
Excellent experience at this clinic. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The provider started my appointment on time, was well prepared concerning my case, listened well and was in no rush, treated my symptoms, and gave me good follow up advice and information.
The support staff at this clinic are as good as any I have experienced. The pre and post surgery staff was also top notch. That said, the execution of medical procedure on my ear yielded zero improvement in my condition. In my post surgery visit Dr. R. told me that my ear was way better after I told him I was still getting water trapped and it felt exactly the same. Warning - they have very high surprise fees and they don’t answer the phone even in a crisis. The clinic is fine and the people are nice enough but beware that simply asking for an evaluation of your breathing will cost much more than a regular copay. After my insurance coverage paid their part, I was charged $500 for a “new patient” fee. If they would have told me this when I made my appointment I would never have made it.
