Extremely difficult to get an appointment - especially in an urgent situation. However, the quality of the care, the talent of the people, and the overall professionalism and warmth you are welcomed with is unmatched. I was seen by 3 other ENT’s who all referred me here. Right Vocal cord paralysis, along with Epiglottis dysfunction & other throat issues caused by Cervical spine surgery. My issues were clearly well in their “sweet spot” and they have helped me immensely.
I've never had to wait so long to make an appointment. They don't answer the phone. I'm going to seek care elsewhere because I could not get in touch with anyone.
Excellent experience at this clinic. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The provider started my appointment on time, was well prepared concerning my case, listened well and was in no rush, treated my symptoms, and gave me good follow up advice and information.
The support staff at this clinic are as good as any I have experienced. The pre and post surgery staff was also top notch. That said, the execution of medical procedure on my ear yielded zero improvement in my condition. In my post surgery visit Dr. R. told me that my ear was way better after I told him I was still getting water trapped and it felt exactly the same.
