My problem with UW Medicine Northwest Otolaryngology is not that a doctor had to cancel an appointment. Doctors’ schedules change. My problem is how the clinic handled its own cancellation and how Patient Relations handled my complaint afterward. I booked this ENT appointment nearly three months in advance. Yes, 5 Stars. I have always had a good experience whenever iv gone to the Orolaryngoligy clinic to see Dr. Catherine M. Leblond. She is an amazing thorough, kind & patient Dr.

Avoid Dr. Chang like a plague. The place take 3+ months to make an appointment and then will say 5 mins late to your appointment the make you wait another 3 months. Even when the doctor is already 15 mins so he could easily accommodate you but no they want the easy way out. Find a real ENT place instead of this.
