Avoid Dr. Chang like a plague. The place take 3+ months to make an appointment and then will say 5 mins late to your appointment the make you wait another 3 months. Even when the doctor is already 15 mins so he could easily accommodate you but no they want the easy way out. Find a real ENT place instead of this.

I ruptured my ear. Blood was leaking from my ear. The ER gave me medicine for my ear. The next day at 8am I saw the ENT. Dr. Lin grabbed my ear, was excessively rough. Where my partner had to say , hey , what's going on. Then Dr. Lin said stop being a baby. Then Dr Lin said Don't take the medicine that was given by the ER. Gave nothing and sent me home. My experience with Dr. Lin was rushed and transactional. She barely performed an exam, didn’t ask many questions, and responded to basic concerns with dismissive answers like: “You go back to urgent care,” and “Which antibiotic do you want?” — putting the responsibility of treatment decisions on the patient. She casually suggested surgery “if you want,” without offering any real explanation or medical reasoning. Surgery should be discussed seriously, not treated like a menu item.
