For everyone who’s had a bad experience here, I really urge you to try and see Dr VanHorn if you can — he is amazing with my kiddo — informative, nonjudgmental, and so helpful. I personally don’t like seeing the others, but he saves the whole clinic with his positive, welcoming, and inviting attitude towards his patients and their family. Scheduling 5+ months away. It also takes 10 business days to process a referral.
The books are months out to be seen and when you are finally seen the visit is short and impersonal.
Worst experience with Dr. Kirkham. She yelled and berated me during the doctor consult after my sons bilateral nasal turbinate reduction. Instead of discussing how my son did with the procedure, she decided to make false claims about me. She then questioned why we were wearing masks in the hospital. She is so entitled and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
