Wouldn't reschedule due to sickness/allergies. Go see somebody else. Spefically tells you in the letter to contact as soon as you feel sickness and not to come to hositpal. did that and told me to see someone else and get a new referral... very professional this doctor! Zero stars for this whole office!

Have been waiting over a year to see a specialist for my sinus infections, saw Dr Veronica Wong, what a waste of my time ! Felt rushed, I was wasting her time! Tried to ask a few questions, as to why I have such bad sinus infections? Told me to keep using sinus rinse, nose spray, Duh! She had no clue, actually walked out of the office. Should learn how to treat patients with respect and or go back to medical school

Had a referral to Dr. Chan for ears/nose issues. Dr. Chan is fantastic, very professional, great bedside manners. The followup procedure was great; had no complications, everything was textbook. Highly recommend Dr. Chan.

Dr Chan was lovely, very friendly and spoke with good tone and volume that my deaf father had no problem understanding her. Not many, regardless of their occupation, do so. Nice professional offices and friendly staff.
