I’ve had a good experience with the provider. Didn’t pressure us to do ear tubes. They also rescheduled me without penalty when I went to the wrong location (didn’t pay attention to the reminder message).
I would give no stars if it was allowed. They called and rescheduled an appointment gave me the time and date. Called to tell them I was a little behind and they said that I was a no show from the previous date. The nurse got very rude about the entire thing and very disrespectful. She also hung up. Mind you, I had to take off work early, check my son out of school and drive 40 minutes away to make it to this appointment. The doctor is great. His staff not so much.
