I made an appt with Dr. Ball because I was having severe positional headaches and was concerned about a CSF leak, and ENTs are one of the specialties that can treat/diagnose this disorder. When she walked in the exam room, she didn't even look at me or ask any questions before announcing that my symptoms were due to seasonal allergies. I asked again about the positional headaches, because these are a hallmark trait of CSF leaks. She again told me it was seasonal allergies and ended the appointment in less than 2 minutes. Dr. Myers at OTO has been my ENT for 22 years. He was the Dr that did my sinus surgery. I ended up in the ICU at IU Methodist. Wasn't his fault. He continued with me for 30 days. He saved my life. If anyone needs an ENT he is the best.

I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. McDonald and the person from their answering service was rude and told me that she did understand my accent and asked me "what do you speak?" I speak with an Spanish accent but I am totally fluent in English. My accent did not impede the communication her attitude did. Her behavior was wrong and should not be tolerated.
