After having an exam and ear cleaning, my Aunt's ear began bleeding profusely. Couldn't get it to stop so trip to ER. They managed to slow and finally stop with clotting meds. Sent us home adviced to contact Otolarynology to get further info. I did, called and left messages Had staff reach out to Dr or Nurse Practitioner. Crickets....two days no contact.
Great place and even better staff
FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. Dangerously disorganized and unprofessional. Forget the fact that they don't answer calls or call back, they order the wrong x-rays and they clearly don't check charts or notes before surgery because their plan right before going to the OR was completely wrong and not what we had discussed at previous appointments.
Poor scheduling and communication. Impossible to get in touch with anyone regarding referrals or important medical information.
