No communication.....Madd me wait months.and still nothing no phone you can call, text, and just automated replies worst place I have ever done business with. Hand down the worst customer service you will ever deal wth!! Do not use these guys you will regret it!!!
Horrible communication overpriced for terrible customer service
Been going to Mark for several years now. The staff is awesome and he is awesome. I highly recommend anyone need there taxes done, to come here. You won't be disappointed.
I am more livid today than ever. I am awaiting a refund that was deposited in an account that I did not authorize. I’ve sent numerous emails asking for help to only be sent a generic response. 11 days since the deposit and still waiting. They are referring me to Refundo instead of taking accountability for the delay. I paid for a service and am not receiving any help. I will never use them again.
