Been going to Mark for several years now. The staff is awesome and he is awesome. I highly recommend anyone need there taxes done, to come here. You won't be disappointed.
I am more livid today than ever. I am awaiting a refund that was deposited in an account that I did not authorize. I’ve sent numerous emails asking for help to only be sent a generic response. 11 days since the deposit and still waiting. They are referring me to Refundo instead of taking accountability for the delay. I paid for a service and am not receiving any help. I will never use them again.
By far the best place to get your taxes done. 10/10 service and the customer service is off the charts. This place isn’t like other tax offices that make you wait forever even with an appointment. If you schedule an appointment, they actually see you at your scheduled time. Definitely getting my taxes done here from now on. Highly recommend.
Always get me more money back than anyone else. For me thats all that matters.
