Update: Alex traveled to my home several times to have the noise issue fixed which I really appreciate. -------------------------------------------------------------- I am one of the home owner at Lariva. Apart from the many small defects, the worst one is the shockingly loud water flushing noise coming from a wall in my Master Bedroom whenever the unit above me uses washroom. Just moved into Lariva and have noticed so many low end, cheap finishes. The paint is horrible and chipping off in some areas it unfinished. The grout in the bathroom has gaps. The weather stripping around doors have gaps. You can see plenty of light shine through at night. Just to comment on a few. There are plenty more. Very unsatisfactory product for the price we pay for a new home.
