I had the pleasure of meeting Catherine at Otivo’s new development site called HAWTHORNE in Port Coquitlam. My clients loved this development and with the help of Catherine we secured a beautiful penthouse for my buyers! From start to finish the team at Otivo were very communicative and helpful! To date this is one of the best Inspection, Deficiency Walkthrough and Possessions I’ve ever experienced as the team really took the time to ensure everything was perfectly presentable!
Quality of my home is amazing. Customer service was super helpful. So happy with my new home!
Update: Alex traveled to my home several times to have the noise issue fixed which I really appreciate. -------------------------------------------------------------- I am one of the home owner at Lariva. Apart from the many small defects, the worst one is the shockingly loud water flushing noise coming from a wall in my Master Bedroom whenever the unit above me uses washroom. Just moved into Lariva and have noticed so many low end, cheap finishes. The paint is horrible and chipping off in some areas it unfinished. The grout in the bathroom has gaps. The weather stripping around doors have gaps. You can see plenty of light shine through at night. Just to comment on a few. There are plenty more. Very unsatisfactory product for the price we pay for a new home.
