Hired to help with my father’s estate. He sent out he wrong will to the beneficiaries, took my retainer fee $2000, lost it and had me rewrite it, I had to do all the work myself working with VA and hospitals to close out all the accounts, good thing I did considering he charges $300 an hour. He didn’t put the notification to debtors in the paper until I was ready to close the estate, then charged me for the time. I had to wait and additional 4 months according to Michigan law. Hired Jeff Ray to deal with a case regarding a property who's legal possession was in dispute. Overall I was very unpleased with the representation I was given by this firm. Having dealt with many other professional attorneys in the past I feel that I have a good basis to go off of. I literally had to contact the opposing parties and negotiate the settlement and terms myself when I paid over $5k to have Jeff handle this.
