Been taking my 48+ year old 9.5 HP Johnson short shaft there for years. Always great service and knowledgeable staff. Even had advise about the old motor and a rare exhaust issue that wasn’t fixable but had a workaround.
My brother arrived from the US for some long awaited salmon fishing on the Gander River. Upon arrival at River, my boat and motor was fond up-side-down - a poor start to our week to say the least. Upon salvaging the outboard, my brother took it to Gillinghams in Glenwood for maintenance as recommended by a friend (Reg). Within 2 hrs the motor was ready for action on the River. Fantastic service by a friendly crew at Gillinghams. Thanks.
