Otis is fantastic! I was in a serious bind--a piece of fitness equipment I ordered was going to arrive in less than 24 hours, and I realized it wouldn't fit through my doorway. Otis returned my call promptly and was able to come the very next day to partially disassemble the machine, move it inside and then reassemble it. He was professional, careful with the equipment and my home (making sure not to scratch floors), and did a stellar job for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more happy with his service!
