My husband has had multiple active accounts for about 18 years . we usually tell people how well we are treated there.. I just called for a simple question and got a very RUDE and disrespectful girl who acted like she couldnt be bothered. Thinking I may take my buisness elsewhere !
I was very disappointed today when I stopped in to try and make change from a $100 bill only to find out I needed an account to do so. I found it completely ridiculous that a banking institution would not help me but the local independent gas station down the street would. I'm definitely not your biggest fan!
