Otis elevator Terrible service, communication and maintenance. They charged me yearly premiums but did not come for 2.5 years to service my elevator. The standard is to provide maintenance every quarter. Then the elevator malfunctioned and they could not come for over a month. At that time it was fixed incorrectly and they had to come back again.
