Our one-lift 7-Level block is without the lift, Day 4. No part in Brisbane (why not?), ordered from Sydney. During repair, another part discovered as needed. Climb the stairs again with your shopping while we await this second part. Again, why no stock here? Why wasn't the second part found to be needed when the first part was ordered? Now into week four without a working lift. Otis has been sadly lacklustre in their care factor for our residents and ability to fix the problem.
