We have had an elevator out for a week at our apartment and trying to get information from their team including supervisor Jesse has been appalling. No calls back, not even an update. Customer service staff states they can't help. My real estate confirmed the repair is approved and with Otis team and no calls, nothing. Now I have to cancel scheduled movers and bond cleaners, get leave reinstated at work and potentially look at what happens when I cannot move items out of a tenancy at contract finish. Our one-lift 7-Level block is without the lift, Day 4. No part in Brisbane (why not?), ordered from Sydney. During repair, another part discovered as needed. Climb the stairs again with your shopping while we await this second part. Again, why no stock here? Why wasn't the second part found to be needed when the first part was ordered? Now into week four without a working lift. Otis has been sadly lacklustre in their care factor for our residents and ability to fix the problem.
