Big company, fancy lifts, HUGE internal issues. Their “managers” know nothing other than kicking the ball around different departments. Lift broke down 3 times a week under their warranty period. Expect at at least a month before anyone can actually answer your simple question.
this company runs the elevators in my building ETA to replace old one = 9 months outage every 2 days on the remaining elevator it must be the most unprofessional company never seen
Terribly slow service, waiting for parts until you chase them, then they miraculously turn up. Rarely do they fully answer questions. Seems structural based on common themes below....management do your job !
