Lifts maintained a long time by this company are constantly breaking. Quite serious issues like brake calipers and chains breaking dropping the lifts counterweights, always need to wait long time for parts to fix. There have been multiple instances where both lifts break down and we need to use fire exits for access.

I experienced this firsthand. My building uses this company and the elevator has been broken for 3 months straight. I was locked out for 3 entire days in a week. The technician didn’t come to fix it in the evening. Once the technician fixed it, it broke down again in the evening. The lifts from this company are downright horrendous. Stay away from buildings that use this company for lifts.

Absolutely horrible company, my building has a broken elevator for 3 months and they still won’t fix it due to parts not being delivered on time by this company. For 3 months I have to wait in line for hours just to get back up to my apartment.

Whoever is driving for this company needs to learn to drive. it sets such a bad rep for the company, This morning going onto calder freeway, one of your useless drivers sped past me in a merging lane and almost hit my car. Then sped past everyone while its bumper to bumber and was overall reckless. Found the company name thanks to the dash cam.
