They take forever to load—you'll spend all your time just waiting around. I’m never coming back here again
I was trapped in an elevator for 2 days bc they don’t answer there god damn phones and there elevator are great to try to get out of
Otis is horrible. I have been dealing with them for over 2 years and they lie, cancel your service request without telling you, or just dont show. If there is any other elevator service to go with, please use them. The headaches and multiple calls to get service are more of a headache then their worth.
I gave this a star because I cannot just leave this blank. My mom and I had just arrive at Tilghman Tennis and golf. We started unpacking and my mom we down to grab some things from the car. I started to become quite concerned and she did not have her phone on her. After a bit of a panic, I finally found her trapped in side of the elevator. Unethical - doesn’t conduct routine maintenance. Charges customers an absurd amount of money for junk equipment.
