When will the elevator at Windsor Court be fixed? We are told that service is called daily and has been on site daily but we haven't seen anyone from Otis for days . Last one was here for less than hour and just walked around. Perhaps it will take one of the many elderly residents to have a heart attack or fall on the stairs to get it fixed and that won't be blamed on Irma.
