Unfortunately we live in a community where the elevators are serviced by this company... we have been facing elevators issues a lot the last few months, the current one going on almost two weeks now. It seems like whatever repair is actually made, it is only a temporary fix, because shortly afterwards its not working AGAIN. Due to this, I cannot recommend this company. You would be better off finding a reliable and consistent company elsewhere.
I live on the fourth floor and have been without elevator service for two days now ! ! ! Thanks to the delay in getting this fixed, I'm suffering the consequences of having to climb the stairs multiple times a day. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves for not having parts in stock ! ! ! FYI, IT'S NOW BEEN FOUR DAYS WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR . . . OTIS ELEVATOR WAS "ONCE" A RESPECTABLE COMPANY BUT NOW I'M THINKING NOT SO MUCH ANYMORE ! ! ! ! !
