Was just yelled at by their techs at Yacht Harbor Tower. Very unprofessional to yell at the public while operating a vehicle.
OTIS YOU NEED TO DO YOUR DANG JOB. WHY IS THE PEARLRIDGE UPTOWN MALL ESCALATORS, NOT WORKING STILL AFTER MONTHS/WEEKS OF BEING CLOSED OFF. MIND YOU, WE DON'T GO THERE OFTEN BUT THAT SAME PROBLEM PERSISTS. OUR ELDERLY/Kupuna HAVE TO SUFFER. WE GOT ONE ELEVATOR THAT TAKES 20-30 MINS BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH PEOPLE GOING ON AND OUT AT ONCE. GET IT FIXED AND MAKE IT A PRIORITY FOR OUR DISABLED AND ELDERLY PEOPLE SO THEY DON'T NEED TO WALK OR WAIT. THANKS!
