We've used Otis Elevator service for one of our job sites for years now and they've done a great job.
I have had nothing but outstanding service from Otis. We have 1 elevator and it it's older. They have been quick at repairs and quick to respond.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. I live at Walina Waikiki apartments and pur elevator is down AGAIN. We were told residents were jumping on the elevator and pushing the doors open and that is why it is broken. Otis obviously don’t know how to fix elevators, they just put band-aids on their problems and move on. Other reviewers agree that this company is not worth your time.
