I told the elevator guy driving truck number 82645 on 3/30/24 that he was double parked in paid for parking spaces. The owner of the space was trying to get in there. He just looked up at me very rude and disrespectful and proceeded on in the building. There were several places that were not reserved for him to park but he choose to make them wait until he had finished. Rude and unprofessional. The approximate time was 4:30pm.

I've lived on the 7th floor of an apartment in Downtown Little Rock for over a year. When I moved in, I was told 1 of the 2 elevators was being overhauled. It took an entire year, but they finally "did it", and supposedly began to work on the other. The elevator has been down over 15 times now since December. I recently accepted a great work opportunity and it happened to be in a building on the 17th floor. I was really nervous about it because I’ve always been super weird/anxious about elevators. To put myself at ease I called the company in charge of the elevators and their maintenance (Otis) and within less than 3 minutes was on the phone with their general manager.
