Otis took more than 7 hours to service our building!!!!! That was 2 days ago. Our lift is broken yet again and they are still not here!!!! What a crock. Riverside Artist Lofts at 17 S. Virginia St. is not a casino, it is residential, with people in wheelchairs and people over 70 and young able people. But it has zero interest in fixing our elevator.
