Two elevators in my building in Brisbane have been buzzing loudly for months. I've initially reported an issue through building management but they were not able to get a resolution. Number of other people complained as well. Today I called OTIS Salisbury directly and polite gentleman has advised me that someone will come today to check and feedback me. I haven't received any feedback. Elevators are still buzzing loudly.
