Terrible service. Our elevator has not worked correctly and dependably for 6 months. They come out, supposedly fix it, within hours it is broken again. Can't get through to anyone at the company, just dispatch!!
By far the worse elevator company to exist
Slow, significantly more expensive than competitors both in maintenance and in new installation. We have been a customer for 30 years and they ignore our calls and don't abide by their own deadlines.

These people are THIEVES!!!! Stay far far away from this specific location. Our company has been waiting for a refund check for OVER A YEAR!!!! You get the same run around answer every couple of months with them. No functioning business can be this incompetent, so you have to assume they are purposely holding people's money hoping they go away or forget.
