I have been trying to work with a corporate supervisor and it’s been months with no calls back as promised. I’ve called in to service to let them know many times that’s it’s about an invoice and a service call I feel we’ve been overcharged for. I have been waiting over 5 MONTHS for him to “look into it”. Our office had two issues with our elevator. There was a safety citation for our elevator and the elevator phone needed to be re-programmed. We relied on Otis for expertise and fair billing to resolve the issue. Instead, Otis fraudulently stated it could assist and is providing an inflated bill that it now claims is unpaid. Otis sent out estimators to determine if their assistance was needed with connecting wires to resolve the safety issue.
