I actually worked with Otis and instead an elevator in a private home. I built an addition that included an elevator shaft built to there specs and they came and installed the elevator. Very professional, quick and helpful.
My church had a contract with them. They insisted on a contract where payment was deducted from the account. They never came but took the money anyway. After a big hassle and a call to the better business bureau, we finally resolved the matter.
