Worst elevator company. I live in a 4 story apartment building that my senior dog can barely go up and down the steps. There are senior people that live in this building. And they have done nothing to prolong fixing it by constantly “ordering parts”. Our elevator has been out of service since Halloween day. Money grabbing company sucks.
Awful their elevator breaks down every few months.
Please don't use this company. Our elevator has been out for two weeks. Three severely handicapped people in the building Otis will not return calls waits to fix if they do for overtime. They do not care if it could be life or DEATH . They should be sued out of business
Company turned a 3 day job into a 3.5 week job that kept the elevator out of service the entire time. Over promised and consistently under delivered.
I live in a 25 story building in Portsmouth. It seems malfunctioning elevators happens too often and getting them up and running takes too long. Our management is the best I have encountered anywhere but they have no control over Otis‘s response to service requests. There are many people living here and not having all of our elevators working causes a real inconvenience. What a shame that your company cannot be depended on!!
