Horrible company, elevator has been broken over 15 times over the last year. Often without use for months at a time, they never show up when service is requested. They’re contracted and can’t actually fix a single elevator to allow use for more than a week.
These people take weeks and months to fix our elevators. It’s really sad. Gotta be the worst elevators ever. They hum and jerk.
