Called 'several' times and spoke with really pleasant operators. Advise that we are in need of a service call and maintenance contract.... but NO ONE EVER called back.
Called for service and tgey keep telling me they will be there tomorrow, the next day the same thing. It's now day 4 and still no one!! Terrible business!
It's the worst company I have to deal with. First of all, this company over charges for everything. 7000 dollars for an hour worth of work. Are you kidding me. They want 56,000 just to inspect 2 elevator we have in our building, and we have a 10-year contract with them thanks to our fantastic property manager, Author Penny.
Violations since August; it's November...no one responds.
