Did you know that when you sign an Otis contract you have to keep paying even when the elevator is broken beyond repair? Even if you sell your building? Even if you have to get a new elevator because Otis was unable to keep it in working order? Maybe don’t sign an Otis contract. (A five year auto-renewing contract)
All most a week elevator being down. Had to make multiple calls to bug them. Then they sent a email to someone else that parts should be in this week!!!
