Company is actually useless. All their customer service is outsourced to India, so it's impossible to get a hold of anyone with the ability to help us locally. They're unable to help with the most basic functions. Avoid this company at all costs.

Extremely disappointed with this company. My buildings elevator has been out for 4 weeks. It was “repaired” initially and then broken again within 48 hours. At this point, were told the identified broken part would take roughly 2 weeks to come in. Upon the part arriving, Otis found another broken part…. I can’t understand why the elevator wasn’t fully inspected and all needs identified initially. Additionally, our building management has had an extremely difficult time getting updates from Otis. Parks on a busy downtown seattle street bordering a pay to park lot (just pay for parking?) then opens truck doors into the road in oncoming traffic and screams angrily at people when they drive by - Belltown
Worst customer service I've ever received. I have to constantly follow up to get any reply, they're charging a huge amount of money to do nothing (our elevator went down and they never showed up), and purposefully ignored my questions about our contract until it auto renewed. Very shady company.
