Parks on a busy downtown seattle street bordering a pay to park lot (just pay for parking?) then opens truck doors into the road in oncoming traffic and screams angrily at people when they drive by - Belltown
Worst customer service I've ever received. I have to constantly follow up to get any reply, they're charging a huge amount of money to do nothing (our elevator went down and they never showed up), and purposefully ignored my questions about our contract until it auto renewed. Very shady company.
I’ve been so patient and kind with these people trying to get our elevator serviced. The unprofessional attitude from the tech all the way to the account managers is unbelievable. They have no idea what they are doing and every time they come they never give me a time frame unless I hound them for one. They’ve sent out two techs now four times this week, and each day it’s a new problem. I don’t understand how a major elevator service company for an entire region can be this bad. Mismanagement or understaffing? They drag repairs on for weeks and weeks, they’re hard to get ahold of, never have parts available and provide false estimates when you do finally get someone to acknowledge the issue. Inexcusable.
Our elevator down Dec21,2024. Paid overtime for some one to look into it. Typical, need parts we will be back monday. Monday came no Otis, call monday supervisor will call you for update. No call, Tuesday No Otis, fillow up call same, our Supervisor will call you, asked for sup number, they do not give contact numbers.
