One of my favorites
Today at around 12:34 I saw an Otis elevator van turn off Manchester Road onto Brentwood Blvd, cutting off and (I thought in the moment hit) a bicyclist that was crossing in the crosswalk. I thought he hit the guy as the guys wheel on the bike was up against the van, and turned hard to the side, and the rider was half fallen over. Terribly unresponsive and very rude in both the customer service rep and serviceman were rude and very inefficient. Very large waste of money.
