Not only the reviews are low but on the road they are terrible drivers speeding beside you, looking at you at though their window, and cutting you off. Watch out for the drivers if you see one. Avoid at all costs.

Despite spending tens of thousands of dollars on the advised updates, residents continue to face frequent issues and disruptions, raising serious concerns about the effectiveness of the work and the guidance provided. Downtown Calgary, Otis has a job within my Office's building. When I came to park at our 24 hour reserved stall, the Otis van pulled into our stall ahead of me. I honked to let them know they are to move. The driver reluctantly moved the van. I parked and as I got out of my car, the driver of the Otis van asked me "WTF my problem was". I pointed to the sign that states it is "24 hour reserved parking" he remarked that he can read. I highly doubt that - or perhaps its a comprehensive issue. Met a guy who was driving a car with OTIS sign on it. Cutting people off, giving other people middle fingers and swearing at them. Very unprofessional. Don’t even need to go further to find out what kind of company this is.
