Downtown Calgary, Otis has a job within my Office's building. When I came to park at our 24 hour reserved stall, the Otis van pulled into our stall ahead of me. I honked to let them know they are to move. The driver reluctantly moved the van. I parked and as I got out of my car, the driver of the Otis van asked me "WTF my problem was". I pointed to the sign that states it is "24 hour reserved parking" he remarked that he can read. I highly doubt that - or perhaps its a comprehensive issue. Met a guy who was driving a car with OTIS sign on it. Cutting people off, giving other people middle fingers and swearing at them. Very unprofessional. Don’t even need to go further to find out what kind of company this is.
Rob Savoia has been the elevator mechanic for the large senior community I work at for over 5 years. His communication when scheduling maintenance is impeccable, he is on time, he completes all services needed in our community and is very meticulous. He is very professional and always respectful to our Residents and staff. I hope your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
