They came out within an hour of placing a call for help. The two technicians were courteous, efficient, and very sweet about everything. They made sure I was well informed about everything before they did it and gave me the time to recheck my finances before they did anything. I would highly recommend to anyone!

AC unit out, Randy and Cherish @ Otis Air Conditioning responded same day and repaired our system promptly and found the source of the leak. Great work and fair price.

As a first-time customer with Otis Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Randy and Joseph were the techs who came out—Randy was the lead—and both were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The Otis team came out to check out A/C that wasn't blowing cold. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Pricing was also very reasonable.
