A little context before the actual review. I purchased a home 2 hours frome me and needed the AC system serviced. Not being local to the area I did your typical Google search and started reading reviews. Man did I hit a home run with Otis AC and refrigeration. From the office administrators to the techs in the field, they are prompt, knowledgeable and absolute professionals. In this day and time, honest well ran companies are getting hard to find.
