Randy Trentham and Otis Air Conditioning is absolutely amazing!! Would 10/10 recommend! I called late and they were out there quickly getting us back up and running and cooling the house down!! Very impressed and will be telling our friends
Our AC froze up over weekend. Called Otis AC Repair on Monday August 4th. Randy and Charity came out and fixed our problem. Randy found the leak and was able to repair it. Our unit is old so we very much appreciate buying us more time to have to replace it. They were very professional and courteous. Could not have gotten better service.
They came out within an hour of placing a call for help. The two technicians were courteous, efficient, and very sweet about everything. They made sure I was well informed about everything before they did it and gave me the time to recheck my finances before they did anything. I would highly recommend to anyone!
