We have used Otis A/C for several years with our personnel and business properties. They have installed multiple new units as well as performed repairs. They are quick to respond, reliable and honest.
Otis hvac was a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and professional. They even called on the weekend to get us set up for installation sooner when our units had to be replaced and it was going to be inclement weather for several days in a row so we did not have to go without heat. Would recommend to friends and family.
