We have four Otis elevators at our property. Our technician, Tyler, does a great job keeping them running in good order. He keeps us informed and does everything he can to see that our guests have smooth rides. They take the time to answer any questions I have. I recommend using Otis for all your elevator needs!

The company I work for contracts elevator service via OTIS. When The employee named Mike came in to service our elevator we attempted to get his signature to know who was in the building and at what time (company policy) and he refused to sign the paper. He threw a fit about the fact that we simply wanted to confirm his signature on our check in sheet.
