The company I work for contracts elevator service via OTIS. When The employee named Mike came in to service our elevator we attempted to get his signature to know who was in the building and at what time (company policy) and he refused to sign the paper. He threw a fit about the fact that we simply wanted to confirm his signature on our check in sheet. We use Otis Elevator for our condo building on Donner Way qty 2 7 floor elevators Our elevator has been out of service due to an electrical fire for 20 days! There are older people on our upper floors and it’s critical we get it working ASAP! They messed up getting the replacement part shipped in a timely manner and we are in horrific circumstances because of their lack of their flow thru. Otis I pray u see my post and do your jobs ASAP!!!!!
