My husband called Oteys about putting in a new pilot LAST winter. They told us they would look at some of their old furnaces to see if they had anything and never got back to us. After we called he said he had to order it. My husband called 3 different times periodically checking and all he got was “we will let you know when it comes in”. So since winter is rolling around again I decided to call got us nowhere. Definitely do not recommend.
