Their after sales service is disgusting !! Brand new hearing aids, and they are not cheapies, one faulty from day one. Audiologist insisted it be sent for repairs instead of just replacing. She even claimed she would arrange with area manager for priority repair. What rubbish !!! A week later and still not back and no indication of when. Far from happy.
Paid $12,000 and no end of problems. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this product. Barely 2 years and have had several serious issues. No one seems to be able to help or identify what the problems are. Might as well have just gone to Costco.
Oticon Australia and their Marketing team is excellent in all facets of their operations and the manager Mr Pierre and his team supported Territory Hearing Darwin in many ways in the area of social media marketing and google search engine optimisation and many more. I am very happy with Oticon Australia and their service.
For those looking to purchase hearing aids do NOT buy Oticon after being advised by an audiologist at Audika in Berwick who obviously pushed the Oticon product. I had nothing but trouble from day one. the right hand side aid kept failing and Oticon and Audika did nothing. I changed audiologist in frustration and now need to purchase replacements that will NOT be Oticon, don’t get stung with this product.
