Very very very frustrating trying to get any information of internet outage in my area. Pathetic customer service. And that's being polite.
The hearing aid is fantastic. The app is absolute crap. Can't use mobile phone to control hearing aid volume or streaming. Pairing connectivity does not work. App blocks phone controls even though the device is paired. Alot of money for a crap product. Will not buy this product again. Makes me really angry.
Do not trust Oticon for repairs to H/Aids even when it's under warranty I have photos to prove Dishonest, Deceitful repairs , they use second hand parts ,dirty replacement casing. Anyone else have multiple problems please share as the ACCC won't act unless there are more complaints. Get on board to have this company accountable
My wife Carmel purchased Oticon hearing aids from Audika, Yokine, Perth, WA last year. Carmel has had problems from day 1 and has gone back numerous times to complain. Vanessa the audiologist has been very helpful but has been unable to find a solution. What does Carmel have to do to get some satisfaction?
Their after sales service is disgusting !! Brand new hearing aids, and they are not cheapies, one faulty from day one. Audiologist insisted it be sent for repairs instead of just replacing. She even claimed she would arrange with area manager for priority repair. What rubbish !!! A week later and still not back and no indication of when. Far from happy.
